These Terms of Service govern your use of jangjelly.com and purchases from Jang & Jelly. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and Handmade Variations
Jang & Jelly press-on nail sets are handcrafted. Small variations in color, placement, finish, or appearance may occur, and colors may look different depending on screen settings. Product descriptions and photos are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Sizing and Product Use
Please review the Size Guide before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting and providing accurate sizes and custom-order details. Use products only as directed, keep nail products and adhesive away from children, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is due when an order is placed. We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, or inability to fulfill the order. If Jang & Jelly cancels an order before fulfillment, any payment collected for that canceled order will be reversed or credited as required.
Processing and Shipping
Ready-made sets are generally processed within 1-3 business days. Custom orders generally require 3-5 business days before shipping. Standard U.S. shipping is estimated at 3-7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Jang & Jelly currently ships within the United States only. All Sales Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not issue refunds. All sales are final. This includes ready-made sets, custom orders, sale or promotional purchases, sizing choices, and change-of-mind purchases. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. After review, an approved issue will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, not a refund. See the Refund Policy for full details. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you entered incorrect information or need to request a change. We cannot guarantee changes once production or fulfillment begins. An accepted change or cancellation does not create a right to a refund unless required by law or Jang & Jelly is unable to fulfill the order.
Rewards, Promotions, and Gift Value
Jellies, coupons, referral rewards, birthday offers, store credit, and promotions have no cash value, may be subject to separate eligibility rules, and may be corrected or canceled in cases of error, misuse, or fraud. Unless a promotion states otherwise, offers cannot be combined.
Intellectual Property
Jang & Jelly names, artwork, product designs, photographs, graphics, copy, and site content may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
Site Availability and Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jang & Jelly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms as the store changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
